Nutrition Facts, allergens and units in the US format. Alcohol needs a TTB federal permit and a COLA for every label.

State licenses and route to market

Alcohol moves through the three-tier system, state by state. A distributor signed before the licenses exist is a contract without a product.

Liability, recall and scale

Product liability insurance and a recall plan. When volume justifies it, co-packing or a US plant removes tariff exposure.
